The praline tasting includes our six vintage pralines, presented in a small box. Coffee or tea for those who wish. We talk about chocolate then and now, and what exactly is chocolate? Have you tasted a cocoa bean?
You will hear stories about the history of Fjäderholmarnas past and present. What is a Pellehas? We explore together the flavors and appearance of the pralines.
After the test, you are invited to the shop where the manufacturing/production kitchen is located. If you want, you can buy more chocolate products with you.
The minimum number is 6 people.
The test takes about 1 hour.
Vi kan också komma till dig på kontoret eller hem – kontakta oss för offert.

Welcome to Fjäderholmarna — Discover handmade pralines and unique flavors in the Stockholm archipelago.
Our Story — Our Story
We are two sisters who long ago had an idea that at some point we would run a small cafe together. Different circumstances made the occasion appear at Fjäderholmarna. In 1996 we opened Sisterarna Degen's Glass Cottage where we scooped ice cream and brewed coffee to the fullest. “We'll try one summer and see if it works together” we said. So all of a sudden it's been more than 20 years, we still (for the most part) like to work together so in 2016 it was time to start a new challenge — chocolate making and shop on the island.

**Our flavors -- a taste of history -- “a taste of history” **
When we decided to open a chocolate workshop with a shop on Fjäderholmarna, we quickly realized that we want to pay tribute to the island's long and fascinating history in the range of pralines and chocolate bars. Our vision was to offer “a taste of history”. Fjäderholmarna carries a long, fascinating history inspired by us when creating unique pralines, bracken and chocolate cakes. The taste journey begins with seven unique base makers — all born from historical events that put Fjäderholmarna on the map. We start with the years 1670, 1809, 1821, 1882, 1910, 1985 (dark 85% not in picture) and 2016. Each taste is more than just a seasoning — it is a journey through time, an invitation to explore and discover the stories that shaped Fjäderholmarna and us.
